I find myself getting more stressed about things that I never thought twice about before and wondered if anyone has found something like Meditation helpful? I'm still working part time but over the last few months or so(approx 12 mths post DX) I seem to get stressed so easily & have lost confidence over things I wouldn't have thought twice about a previously. I want to enjoy the time I've got let where I'm still fit enough to work ....and was trying to think of anything that might avoid me getting stressed about things. Any help and suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

I have recently started a kind of meditation called mindfulness.
It helps destress by keeping your mind grounded in here and now through breathing and relaxing techniques.
