You too gus, take care and enjoy 2016. Its a lovely sunny day here today, very cold brrrrrra, but still lovely to see blue skies and sunshine. My year started with sad family news unfortunately and i've been back and forth to Cornwall visiting my brother. Its taken it out of me a lot, I find I don't travel well anymore since being diagnosed, (wretched pd!!) and I get very tired quickly, but a blue sky and a sunshine day gives me something to be cheerful for. I think you have to stay positive even when its very hard too!
