I just wanted to share an article I saw this weekend. It is an interview with Michael J Fox which I found really inspiring.
The whole interview is interesting but what stands out for me is his mention of going onto online forums early on.
He says, "I began going online into Parkinson's chat rooms -- anonymously -- not saying it was me, but watching the effect my story was having online. That's when I realized that I was part of a community, which I hadn't really thought about."

I`ve just read the MJ Fox interview, what an inspiration he is. With a great attitude i`m surprised no one else has commented? The day i was diagnosed (Aug 15th 2009) my thought turned to Michael J Fox - he was the only young person i new with Parkinson. It`s so good to read he is still positive after all this time.
