Mobility scooters on public transport?

Hi,

I’m thinking of purchasing a mobility scooter, but want a very small one that, if possible, can be used on buses and trains. Is it possible to drive these scooters on to public transport? Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Hi @PDpatient on all the local buses in Cornwall there is a space for wheelchairs. Is your scooter bigger than that? Also on GWR trains there are sometimes sections for people with disabilities. Hope that helps. Enjoy your travels.

Thanks. I was looking out for a small scooter that can be used. I;ve seen wheelchairs on buses but wasn’t sure about scooters
