Hello everyone,
My friend was recently diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) at the age of 47. His main symptoms include difficulty walking, fainting episodes, urinary problems, constipation, and erectile dysfunction.
He just started taking Madopar three days ago, on the lowest dose, three times a day.
I would like to ask for your advice and experiences:
- What types of physiotherapy exercises are helpful for MSA patients? Do they actually make a difference?
- Does diet play a significant role in managing symptoms?
- Are there any vitamin supplements that have been found to help?
- Does regular daily walking offer any benefit?
Any suggestions or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
