I recently purchased mucana pruriens
What’s the best way to take it and how often.?
I tried mucuna pruriens a few months ago. To start, I just measured half a teaspoon of powder in a jam-jar with about an inch of water, shook it vigorously, then drank it before the powder had time to settle. How often? It depends on what you want to happen. I found I could swap out a dose of Stanek (generic Stalevo) with about a tablespoon of mucuna powder. In the end, I decided I may as well just stick to taking tablets since taking the mucuna powder was a bit of a pain and really did not bring any additional benefit to the table.
