Mums is confused-parkinsons

Hi,

I am new on here
My mum has Parkinsons

Up to now her condition has been controlled

At present she is in hospital with a UTI, but i have noticed that she can be perfectly lucid one minute, then she will repeat herself many times, and seem very confused

Are these symptoms common with Parkinsons?

Hi,

Whilst I'm a million miles from being any kind of expert on this, what you describe sounds quite similar to what an elderly relative went through when she had a UTI several years ago. UTI cleared up lucidity restored.
