.I am 42 been dx for 7 years,have 3 sons aged 12,14 & 16 and at weekends have partners kids here 2 boys aged 10 &12 and a 5 year old girl,so quite hectic.Im on sinemet plus and entacopone 4 times a day,azelict in morning and just started on neupro patches.also take codeine, ibuprofen for back pain Since starting on patches(ONLY ON 1MG) my sleeping has got very bad.Keep telling myself its all in my head but not helping still not sleeping.Any advice please
