Neurology Know patient MDT Triage service

I have been told, If GP can complete a referral using FHFT ERS referral triage and specially the Neurology Know patient MDT Triage service. The Parkinson’s Clinical Nurse Specialist will ensure that it also gets moved to the Consultant’s for triage too.

My doctor does not seem to no about this?? What route should I take know?

I would imagine the GP can write a referral letter to the Neurology department for you or phone the nurology department secretaries to ask how to make a referral.
