Hello everyone I am an new member. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2011 ? I had deep brain stimulation last year and imy symptoms have improved by at least 50%.;
Hi and welcome Jchilton, I was diagnosed the same year as you and have also had DBS fitted almost five years ago at Addenbrookes, Cambridge and back in March had the battery changed. Yes, it changed my life considerably and very pleased I had it done as I wobbled like a jelly !! Hope you find this Forum informative and helpful.
