New study

According to today`s Daily Mail, (page 32) a recent study has found that a brisk walk three times a week can improve motor function, mood and cognitive abilities of people with Parkinsons.

The six month study of 60 people found that brisk walking improved motor function and mood by 15 per cent and attention and response control by 14 per cent.

I don`t do much walking myself but I do use the gym now and again - I spent most of this morning on a new machine they`ve just installed, it`s great, it does everything - Mars bars, crisps, Snickers, Kit Kats..........razz

Love it - really made me smile
