A family member has Parkinson's and is also signed up with me on some family business. He is unable to take a part and I unfortunately have to take Legal action to replace him in order that the Trust can do what it is supposed to do. This sounds a nasty action against a person with an illness but no amount of persuation has resulted in his removing himself. Does anybody out there has a similar issue and if so, how did they resolve it.
