hi all
what is it with us today , for some reason my blood pressure shot up
one massive headache the an enormous nose bleed
luckily i have a neighbour whose a nurse , she sorted me out without another trip to hospital
got appointment with docs at 5pm , get a new bottle of GTN spray
the one day i wear a shirt and the time it took to do the buttons up then i go and bleed all down it
i think i will keep to t-shirts

id rather a nose bleed than another heart attack
worst thing is i ruined a perfectly new clean white shirt
considering how long it takes me to do buttons up now
theres always tomorrow
