Hi , I am a thirty nine year old man who's just had datscan results back . The letter says that the scan showed changes that suggest a Parkinsonian condition . I'm going to see consultant next week to discuss treatment options . Hoping I respond well to it obviously . I would like to hear from anyone in the same situation. I could also do with some advice on applying for ESA . My statutory sick pay will stop in about four weeks ! Thank you for reading
welcome. it is a tough time getting to grips with the diagnosis. information helps and there s lots of it here. sorry i can t help with the benefits side as i am still working, or trying to, keep a business going in a recession but thats another story! best wishes
