Although it’s not easy to hear, it’s good to finally have a diagnosis and start appropriate treatment. You definitely have a lot to deal with. Have you been able to get in touch with [Versus Arthritis](https://www.versusarthritis.orgs about your D.I.S.H? Your GP or Parkinson’s Nurse can also help you connect with a therapist who can help you with exercises. Do feel free to call our Helpline where we have advisors who can give you information and support when you need it. You can reach them on 0808 800 0303 when you’re ready.
Take care
