Hi I’m Darren I’m 55 and have just been diagnosed with Parkinson’s at the moment I have just got a tremor in my right hand and stiffness when walking

Hi dazzer i was diagnosed in2019 left hand tremor now have tremor in both hands

its very daunting when first diagnosed but you will come to terms with it, what you need to remember is we are all different and it may take years for your symptom’s to get worse you may get different symptoms to most other people the best thing i was told was eat healthy , keep hydrated, exercise regularly and get plenty of sleep and most importantly keep smiling
