Am 78 and take levadopa after being diagnosed last year. Struggling with painful neck GP advised me to do neck exercises, thinking of buying dumbbells to assist me. Anybody got advice re this. She also told me to lift my head when walking easier said than done. Thanks

Hi , the neck exercise I do is to use a towel rolled placed behind the neck hold the two ends and pull down while looking up at the ceiling as far as you can , I do fifteen of those which lubricates the discs in the upper neck.
I also use an adjustable stand for my I pad so I can look at it without bending my neck forward .
