Nilotinib made a big splash a few years back and now some results are available.
Maybe not what was hoped for, but still some cause for hope.
But as usual, there seems to be expressions of caution and need for more research, meanwhile my disease progresses, my life deteriorates, and hope slips away. So much more important to do more research. hhmmmm

I have felt this way too. But I think it’s important for us to retain hope, and avoid cynicism.
Does anyone know the CSF concentration nilotonib reached along with the IC50 value? Did it reach the required concentration in the brain to inhibit c-abl
