Hi everyone i have been taking meds for my tremor dominate parkinsons for nearly 2 years now which is sinemet what is next in the fight against this disease the meds do not help me at all ime none responsive

I was diagnosed11 years ago and had a tremor in my right arm/hand which got worse if I got excited/stressed etc…the first neurologist I saw put me on propranolol 20mg twice a day and that helped me and I have been on the same dose ever since. Very occasionally I have a slight tremor but that’s it. I hope this helps you

Hi janny do you have a resting tremor or other tremor as my consultant has said propranolol doesn’t stop resting tremors so i could be looking at other options thank you for your reply
