My GP has referred me to PCNSOCIALPRESCRIBERS (INTEGRATED COMMUNITY CARE). I have a lady coming to see me in two weeks time. She seems to be a sort of half way house between me & my GP. I have looked the service up online & I think I will benefit from the service. Hope so anyway. Has anyone else been referred?
I would enjoy hearing if / how it works for you or your loved one.
She has already asked me if I have applied for the Attendance Allowance [yes] & how my Blue Badge application is going [haven’t heard].
I am not sure whether this service has been offered because I live alone or whether partnered patients get the same.
