PD and postural hypertension

Hello, my Mum has PD, dementia and postural hypertension. She now has no mobility and is mostly dead ridden so we have reduced her steroid for the postural hypertension. Around the same time I have noticed she has little to no movement in her left leg and can barely stand up on her stedy ( lacks any strength in her legs). She’s also really struggling to feed herself. I am wondering if this is the next phase of her PD or linked to withdrawal of her steroid? Does anyone have similar experience? Many thanks
