Does anyone with PD have experience of having their thyroid removed? I have some large nodules in my thyroid, no effect on thyroid functioning but it seems thyroid will have to come out as starting to affect my swallowing. I take Azilect and Requip at present.Very scared of having an operation.Let me know of your experiences.
