I don't understand why in PD research they always pretreat animal models before lesioning them with MPTP. In what way does this ressemble PD ??? People with PD already are lesioned. Majority of research in PD just looks like an easy way to get their articles published. They should reject all papers that are written in this way. A lof of money is waisted. The only thing you can derive from this kind of research is that you have a substance that could prevent you from getting PD.
