I have been told about this group and from what I’ve heard it’s very good at motivating someone to exercise. I am going to incorporate this into my daily life.

I walk my two dogs daily, probably clocking 3-4 miles daily. Last year I was managing 6-7, do I’m hoping now with my diagnosis and starting meds i will be hoping to walk a lot more over the coming weeks. My motivation is getting up in the morning to walk my dogs,?the rest is a struggle to do. I have 2-3minute cold shower in the morning after walking dogs, decaf tea or coffee and go to work. I work as a cleaner so I’m exercising whilst working, I’ve noticed over last 6 months it’s become an uphill struggle. Then walk my dogs again in the afternoon. I’m exhausted and generally in bed by 8.30pm ( I wake at 5am)

Hi. You might want to have a look at ‘Power for Parkinson’s’ on YouTube. It’s very similar… and FREE! :blush:
