Hi babswood,
I get pins & needles in both feet but not all the time thankfully, I get mine usually late evening. It’s not nice, I have found out by accident trying to pick up one of my dogs toys it seems to help. It’s a squeaky sprout toy which we bought him for Christmas from pets at home. Don’t know why it works but it does help me. Only down side is Loki thinks it’s play time
