Hi guys,
I'm hoping to get my Mum assessed by the Portsmouth City Council Adult Social Care team and I was wondering if anyone had any experience of this?
Essentially she's at the stage where she needs a carer/PA for jobs like shopping and cleaning, but not at the stage of personal hygiene - wondering if this is classed as help needed!
