Please can I ask your advice? My neurologist has started me on a course of increasing doses of Pramipexole SR and I am unclear as to whether I should take this in the morning or evening. I have pronounced tremors in my right hand & arm with associated pain, rigidity and stiffness. I have read that this medication can cause sudden onset of fatigue so have been taking this late afternoon (ish). Should I be taking it in the morning so that it works during the day when I have the most symptoms or am I ok to keep taking it as I am? Regards Katie1
