Questions to ask GP at initial consultation

Hello

I’ve not been diagnosed with PD, though I’m exhibiting the following behaviours:

  • Walking is not as sure as it once was
  • Getting caught off balance
  • My right (dominant) hand begins to twitch
  • Problems sleeping

I’ve managed to secure a face to face with a GP latter this month and I’m looking for input on what questions I should ask at this initial consultation.
