I had a diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome which is similar but I now think it was post viral fatigue overlapping with the beginning of symptommatic PD. I think it delayed my diagnosis by about 4 years. I’ve found that while I still have fatigue, it is much better and easier to manage with the PD meds. i hope you have a similar experience.
