Can anyone recommend specific not-too-pricey quinine tablets or capsules, please? I usually just have tonic water for cramps, but am going on a flight soon, so will not have access to enough quinine, methinks.

You could always get your GP to prescribe quinine sulphate tablets which I have found to be very effective. Best of luck.
