Does anyone have the RAI1 defect? If you do, I would like to hear from you to share information. I have researched my abnormal blood and urine test results and followed a trail that brought me to RAI1. Only after this did I look up Parkinson's and find that the RAI1 location has already been implicated through genetic research. I have not yet been tested for the genetic defect. However, if I am right this could illuminate understanding the mechanism of my disorder which I have already identified effective treatment for, at least in relation to treating symptoms and/or some disease manifestations of the disorder in me. I presume not all RAI1 defects are the same so I am unsure how much it would inform you if we did not have an identical defect, but it might.
