Remembrance Day.

The topic is called Remembrance Day as I received my formal diagnosis around 11:00 November 2011. Not a day I’m likely to forget. I had moved to Scotland from London in 2008 and I just wasn’t settling into my new job.

Things were strained at home with a young family and within two months I was facing my first dismissal from a job on grounds of competency. Stress was the obvious culprit as I had been very settled in London. Roll on a few years and I had a few more tangible but explain-away-able symptoms.

Then I chatted informally to my GP who shortly examined me and sent me to the Neuro term for assessment. 11-11-11. 11:00ish.

Lest we forget Rhodo.
