Hi. I’m looking for some help. We are struggling to find a nursing home that will take my Dad, initially for 1 week, for some respite care, to give my Mum a break. They are both nervous and reluctant about it but she really needs a break. We were hoping a short initial stay would be a good introduction / trial, but we have only found places with a 3-week minimum. Ideally it would be in the Littlehampton/Worthing, West Sussex area (or perhaps further afield to Southampton, Brighton or Surrey) so she can visit him. Can anyone assist? I am able to pay for this privately.
