Hello.
Does anyone suffer with a kind of restless arm problem? It only happens when I go to bed, usually about 15 minutes after I put my book down and try to sleep. It’s like electric shocks build up in my arms that then cause movement. After a while the only thing I can do is keep moving my arm to try and mitigate the feeling of electric shock and that means that it’s really difficult to go to sleep.
Hi @Bexby,
Welcome back to the forum.
Some people with Parkinson’s experience restless legs syndrome. However, Parkinson’s effects everyone differently and so restless arm problems may be specific to you. I would encourage you to speak to your GP about this problem as they may need to review your medication.
For more information and support, do give us a call via our helpline on 0808 800 0303 and speak to an adviser who’d be happy to offer you help.
Best wishes,
Reah
