Double check with her Neurologist or whoever prescribed the patches as if you check the leaflet that comes with the patches the initial dosage is only 2mg gradually building up in 2mg dose stages until the required dosage is reached.

So sorry to hear that the patches have had a negative affect on your sister. I would strongly advise that you speak to your sister’s GP or Parkinson’s nurse before you lower her dosage as this may have implications on her health.
