Hey Everybody
I know iv asked before but is anyone else on these patches?? Iv changed from requip xl to thks patch and its amazing… however i noticed other day when it was really hot the sun through my t-shirt was making the patch super hot on my skin…

Anyone with any experience of this ? I go on holiday in 2 weeks time and i wont be able to cope woth with burning patch in that heat!!
