We all need some inspiration especially when it comes to exercise. I was feeling so pleased with myself that I’d done my mini yoga sessions for 10 days in a row that I gave myself a few days off. Then I saw a clip of Ruth Bader Ginsburg in her eighties saying she did 20 press ups a day and she could even do a side plank. Yikes back to the routine…
