hope this helps!
Hi-just-a-old-guy,
Please check on your medications.
That may be the reason.
I had something virtually identical, when I was given Topamax.
I found it to be a disgusting medication.
Within a day of my taking it, I, as with you, could not find the correct words, forgetting the words I was trying to speak, was dizzy and other symptoms.
On the third day I actually threw them into the bin, and went back to my other medication for the next week until I could see my neuro again.
And yes I know that you should not just go cold turkey like that, but whatever happened, it could not be worse.
Luckily I was not badly affected.
I know some, how do I say this nicely, morons, who took it as a weight loss medication and had similar symptoms.
It may of course work for certain people.
