Have chronic sciatica and on Naproxen which is not touching it. Can’t sit, stand or lie down without excruciating pain. Waiting to see Physio. Anyone else?
Pre my Parkinsons diagnosis I had six months of sciatica. A MRI scan showed a had a compacted disc which was putting pressure on my sciatic nerve. I had a single steroid injection at the base of my spine. Completely solved my symptoms overnight.

I started yoga a few months ago, maybe that started jt! Anyway booked in to see Oestopath tomorrow.
How did you get your GP to agree to steroid injection? Mine just wants to give me pills which don’t touch pain and give me bad side effects!!! Going bananas 
with pain. Stopping Pregalin today as making me constipated and putting on weight.
