Severe hypotension since change of medication

Hi all, I am so grateful I can use this forum to ask questions and to scroll through to get answers to questions I have had! my husband has PD and after increasing his Madopar 50mg/12.5mg earlier in 2024 to 4 x a day and as
This did not have any effect he was given rasagiline 1mg from November 2024. He stated having very occasional periods when he felt dizzy after that.
We left to go for an extended visit to our daughters in Australia beginning February and since then he has been having severe problems with feeling dizzy, falling over twice and also periods of confusion. First we thought it was the change in temperature and being here in Australia, but it has been 6 weeks now. His Blood pressure is low; sitting down it’s around 100/64 , but on standing it drops to around 80/48. We contacted our Parkinson nurses at home, and they suggested we slowly reduce the rasigiline until we discontinue it, which we have been doing . My husband is still suffering from the low blood pressure, but has not been so confused since the reduction of the medication
Has anyone else had issues like this and any ideas on what we can do?
I am very concerned about travelling back to England with him like this

Thank you so much
