Parkinson's UK are of the Neurological Alliance. We are hoping as many people as possible share their views in the Patient Experience Survey.
The survey asks about your experience of diagnosis and your treatment following this.
It’s open to anyone living with a neurological condition (not just Parkinson’s) in England to complete.
Your responses will help us understand how much progress has been made in improving neurological services, and what still needs to get better.

This is the second patient experience survey that the Neurological Alliance has carried out. It's the only patient experience survey dedicated specifically to neurology, and as such is a vital source of information and awareness of the experiences of patients. The data will be used for a wide range of activity aimed at improving neurology services.
