I have just increased my dosage of Sinemet to the maximum 2 pills x 3 times a day.
I have been on this increased amount for about 3 weeks. On the plus side I feel my mobility has slightly improved, on the down side I am having long, detailed, very realistic dreams every night.
Improved mobility is difficult to quantify. I only have mild tremors in my hands, so working out what improvement Sinemet gives me is near impossible.
