Hi, having discussed my apathy with my consultant , I was recommended to increase dosage from 3 tablets to 4 a day. I am waiting a knee replacement operation and so have pain from that but I have developed severe leg spasms, at night in particular , which seem to have worsened since the increase. It could just be the problem with my knee rather than the medication but i did not have the same issue prior to my first knee op. Has anyone experienced an increase in RLS after an increase in sinemet? Thanks everyone
