I got my diagnosis 12 years ago age 50. Having taken Sinemet for approximately 8 years I was recently prescribed Sinemet CR to help during the night taking 1 tablet just before bed. Unfortunately this did not agree with me and I found that I woke every hour, in the morning my legs were completely numb/paralysed, I felt very down and all I could see was a black hole, I completely lost my appetite. Needless to say I stopped taking them. Has anyone else experienced the same negative response?
