Sleep anxiety

Hello to everyone, I’m a newbie here!
I decided to ask you advice in my situation. I have sleep anxiety for the last 6 month. Sometimes it can be hard to concentrate on something important because of the panic attacks. I got some consultations from the specialists and I’m doing everything I can to get rid of it.
Once, I couldn’t sleep for a week, because I found out the air in my area is very dirty and this thought disturbed sleep. I started searching the information about the way to solve this problem. During all the week, every night I was surfing the internet and was searching for a good purifier for my room. After that, I finally ordered a purifier, which removes mold and mildew. Only after that I could sleep well, with the realization that now the air in my room is clean and fresh and I’m breathing fine during my sleep.
I ask you to tell me if someone faced such problems before? If yes, so, how did you stop it?
If you had the situations like mine, please, tell us yours.

YOU KNOW WHAT! It’s the worst purifier ever! I’ve found it on some source with the description of purifiers.
I decided to choose one from this list and my Dyson Hot+Cool HP04 was broken after 2 weeks of usage. Maybe it doesn’t matter, but if you know how I was choosing it for a long time, you know it wasn’t just an ordinary purchase for me. I’m very disappointed with it!
