I've been following this NHS postcast called 'couch to 5k' which takes you from, well coach to 5k.

Hi There,What was the NHS proggrame you followed,I very seldom walk
anywhere but struggle to walk a decent distance,and good for you
doing 5 miles.I am going to try to use a walking machine again but cant do more than a few minutes,then out of breath,Grate ful for any advice,

Sky, if you google NHS couch25k you'll find the program. A mate told me they also had one which is more walking focused. Good luck - go for it!
