We’ve been approached by the Staffordshire Neurological Alliance to promote a patient experience survey for people accessing neurology services across Staffordshire and Stoke.
The survey, which closes in mid-May, has been produced by the Staffordshire Neurological Alliance, Healthwatch Stoke on Trent and Healthwatch Staffordshire and hopes to explore neurology care, understand patients’ experience of these services and identify any gaps.

It’s really important we get as many people who use the neurology services in Staffordshire and Stoke to complete the survey, so please also pass it on to anyone who accesses these services.
If you know of people who can’t complete the survey online please contact Victoria Gibson, Research and Insight Manager, on 01785 221 704 and she’ll provide a postal copy of the survey with a freepost envelope.
