Stiffness in my legs and pain

Hello All,

I have not been been on the site for quite a while now I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s back in November of 2020 I found that up in progressively getting worse I have started off with a tremor in my left hand I now have it in both my hands and my arms and now within the last 10 days I have no started having trouble with my walking my legs are in pain it feels like my muscles are really tight and a really painful is anybody got any suggestions as to what I can do I’m at a loss of this.

I would suggest you contact your pd nurse yiu may need an increase in meds

You could also try stretching exercises to stretch your muscles :smiley:
