Swollen eyelid

Hi for past few weeks I have developed a swollen eyelid . It.s only on right side and comes up over night ,improves during day . It feels uncomfortable so tend to rub it which makes it red . It's very annoying , probable I'm more aware of it than it being noticeable  to anybody else. 

Is this another symptom of parkinsons or drug side effect ? . Seen GP who said not infection . Related to requip dose but wasn't sure.

Has anyone else experience this ? And   if so what helped

Could it be down too eyes being more lubricated during the day, we are often told somethings within our body act differently during our sleep with Parkinsons. i had a sty or eye infection in the summer some drops cleared it  up but my eyes were and are dry first thing.
