Hi, can someone please give me some advice. I was diagnosed June 2024 and put on ropineral which gave me headaches and dizziness so was placed on sinemet which did pretty much the same so finally was given madopar which is making me sleepy and still with headaches.
I only see my consultant every 10 months so can anyone suggest anything?

Hi, Yes unfortunately we all have a long wait to see Neurologists but I email my Neurologists secretary who passes it on and usually I get a reply back from mine.
Or I have spoken to my GP who will also email Neurologist and ask for advice about my medication.
Parkinson’s nurses are also available for advice but again it’s hard getting an appointment!
Good luck and keep pestering is my advice!
Similar to @Dawn59 I email the PD Nurse and get a reply within a day.
